I'd tune in.

RoadKill is likely going to phase into a TV show. The way they're formatting their episodes now (22 min and 44 minute shows) are made to transition into TV. I think it'd make for a great show, I'd just be worried about what will happen when they go from making 1 show/month to maybe 1 show/week. I think a lot of the quality comes from the time span they have to work with (sure, I know they wouldn't film 1 episode/week per se, just release them then, but the production schedule would still be accelerated).

This. Or a couple of the guys from /Drive. I can't stand the current TG USA hosts.

I know they have rebuffed those questions from fans to make it into a T.V. show because with all the magazine work and various other stuff Finnegan and Freiburger have going on. I believe they have also said they didn't want to do a T.V. show because it would detract from what the show is with Finnegan always saying shit and drinking beer. . . I don't know, I'd kinda rather it stay quality on youtube and be once a month than get watered down because of some corporate network goons not understanding what the show is about. We don't need another Stacy David waging his fingers or a wrench or a screw driver or shaking a product around while he is trying to sell it on the television. I'd be happy if they just had one episode a month the whole year rather than half the year or worst case scenario two months a year. It just seems like a huge production would screw up the epicness of the show and force them to not do as crazy of shit as they currently do.

Or they can do a tv show it one 12 or two 6 episode seasons.

The budget would be bigger as well though, not saying that that's the solution, but a larger team would definitely expedite the production process and the final cut wouldn't take a huge hit in quality.

That's a valid point and I think that's where TG USA is hit hard. It's overly scripted so that nothing possibly network-threating is said? Content wise I really don't mind it. I liked the truck challenge to Alaska quite a bit.
Maybe I'm just wishing History would take a chance and introduce a little "fun" into the mix. I just finished watching Roadkill's three part Alaska trip and loved it: the donuts, fireworks, etc.

I know Freiburger is no stranger to Hot Rod's T.V. shows they did for Power Tour but it still seems a bit much to ask him to do a full time show, you know with him being editor and all of Hot Rod. I just think it is pretty rad that they get to go on epic adventures and do random engine swaps in a day in the parking lot of Summit or buying a random junkyard car and getting it running again (just barely), putting NOS on it and then racing it all to sell it at the end of the weekend. A network would ruin what Roadkill is.
But on an upside, a new Roadkill comes out Friday!

Keep it the quality that it is. I like it this way. SPEED is gone and we don't need it anymore between MOTORTREND, /DRIVE, and other YouTube channels. Maybe we ought to work on a oppositelock YouTube channel guide..... There's plenty more out there.
